Blackburn Photography has been in business since 1986 in the Memorial/Spring Branch area of Houston, TX. Cynthia Blackburn is President of Blackburn Photography (TBP Studios, Inc.) and has many years of experience in the photography business. Under Cynthia's leadership, Blackburn Photography has developed a diversified corporate, political and industrial clientele nationwide. Blackburn Photography also has a large following of family-oriented clientele, as well. Cynthia Blackburn continues to strive to keep Blackburn Photography on the cutting edge of digital technology by combining the fine art of photography with the current technological tools required to meet the needs of any client. Blackburn Photography offers professional photography for both the corporate client as well as for families.

Cynthia is a native Houstonian, a graduate of Memorial High School and has a BSBA degree in Marketing. Cynthia is a member of Professional Photographers of America and Blackburn Photography strictly adheres to their code of ethics and professional business practices. She is also a member of the Professional Photographers Guild of Houston, The Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce, The Women's Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), The National Safety Council and The Houston Area Safety Council. Cynthia Blackburn and Blackburn Photography have proudly donated time and photography services to many organizations such as: The Boy Scouts of America (Sam Houston Area Council and Troop 641), Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Tourette Syndrome Association of Texas, Spring Branch FFA, United Way, WBEA (Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance) and many churches, schools and hospitals in the Houston area.
